VulCode is a Polish software house with years of experience. Since 2020 we have delivered high-quality software and written more than **3 million lines of code** across **200+ projects**. ## 🔄 How a project runs
A transparent, 7-step process from first call to production support:
1. **First contact, workshop and quote**
You write to us or we set up a short call. Instead of asking about your budget, we break the project down: what it has to do, who for, and what happens if we do not build it. A quote and initial scope come back within 24 hours.
2. **Onboarding in the client panel**
You get an account in the client panel where you see progress, files, invoices and tickets as they happen. You send over materials, a brand book and access, and we turn that into a dated schedule both sides can see from day one.
3. **Prototyping the interface**
Before any code runs, you see the layout and flow as wireframes of the key screens. We talk about where a button sits and in what order sections are read, not about colours. Changes at this stage cost hours, not weeks.
4. **Building the software**
Work happens on a staging environment you can reach from day one, in a shared repository. Every week you get a short summary of what landed and what is in progress, so you never have to ask where things stand.
5. **Testing and a free buffer for fixes**
Before launch the product goes through a checklist we built over years of not wanting to make the same mistake twice. After launch there is a free time buffer for small fixes: we do not invoice for every typo.
6. **Deployment and code handover**
We set the launch date together so it surprises neither your users nor your team. After launch you get everything the project consists of: the repository, documentation and access. The code is yours: it is not held hostage by our company, and you do not have to come back to us to change anything.
7. **Post-launch support and monitoring**
Launch does not end the collaboration. We monitor uptime and response times, and when something breaks we usually know before you do. Tickets stay in the same panel we ran the project in, so nobody starts the conversation from scratch.

## 🔄 Jak wygląda współpraca
Przejrzysty, 7-etapowy proces realizacji projektu:
1. **Pierwszy kontakt, warsztaty i wycena**
Piszesz do nas albo umawiamy krótką rozmowę. Zamiast pytać "jaki masz budżet", rozkładamy projekt na czynniki pierwsze: co ma robić, dla kogo i co się stanie, jeśli tego nie zbudujemy. Wycena i wstępny zakres wracają w 24 godziny.
2. **Onboarding w panelu klienta**
Dostajesz konto w panelu klienta, w którym na bieżąco widzisz postęp, pliki, faktury i zgłoszenia. Przesyłasz materiały, brandbook i dostępy, a my zamieniamy je na harmonogram z datami, który jest widoczny dla obu stron od pierwszego dnia.
3. **Prototypowanie interfejsu**
Zanim ruszy kod, widzisz układ i przepływ na wireframe'ach kluczowych ekranów. Rozmawiamy o tym, gdzie stoi przycisk i w jakiej kolejności czyta się sekcje, a nie o kolorach. Poprawki na tym etapie kosztują godziny, nie tygodnie.
4. **Tworzenie oprogramowania**
Praca toczy się na stagingu, do którego masz dostęp od pierwszego dnia, i we wspólnym repozytorium. Co tydzień dostajesz krótkie podsumowanie tego, co doszło i co jest w robocie: nie musisz pytać, żeby wiedzieć, na czym stoimy.
5. **Testy i bezpłatny bufor na poprawki**
Przed wdrożeniem produkt przechodzi przez listę kontrolną, którą sami przygotowaliśmy przez lata robienia tego samego błędu dwa razy. Po premierze zostaje bezpłatny bufor czasowy na drobne poprawki: nie wystawiamy faktury za każdą literówkę.
6. **Wdrożenie i przekazanie kodu**
Termin wdrożenia ustalamy razem, żeby nie zaskoczyło Twoich użytkowników ani Twojego zespołu. Po starcie dostajesz wszystko, co składa się na projekt: repozytorium, dokumentację i dostępy. Kod jest Twój: nie jest zakładnikiem naszej firmy i nie musisz wracać do nas, żeby cokolwiek zmienić.
7. **Wsparcie po starcie i monitoring**
Premiera nie kończy współpracy. Monitorujemy dostępność i czas odpowiedzi, a jeśli coś przestaje działać, zwykle wiemy o tym przed Tobą. Zgłoszenia zostają w tym samym panelu, w którym prowadziliśmy projekt, więc nikt nie zaczyna rozmowy od zera.
